How To Return/Exchange Your Order (ONLY WITHIN 30 DAYS)

- If you have received the wrong item, please tick exchange and write in the correct item
- When exchanging for a lower priced item, we will refund you the difference. When exchanging for a more expensive item, we will send you an invoice for the additional payment.
- Make sure to enclose this form within your package.
- Take it to your post office, pay for the postage and send it off. Remember to get a Proof Of Postage Receipt
- Orders can take up to 5 days to be delivered to us and will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.

Original Condition – You must return your items unworn and as sold, with all original packaging and no signs or wear or damage.
Multibuy Items will be refunded for the price of the item minus the discount given in the offer. If returning the entire multibuy purchase, you will be refunded the full price.
If any freebies have been sent out with your order, you must return the free gift.
Personalised items (personal changes to existing items, personalised requests, workwear ect.) can only be refunded if we have made a mistake on it, there can be no change of mind refunds for personalised items.
We will cover the postage if the item was defective/damaged or if we sent the wrong item. Otherwise, you have to pay the postage. For situations where we pay the postage, you must pay it and then give us proof of the postage cost which we will then refund you.
